Sales Development Representative - Outbound

Slite has ambitious goals and is constantly looking to new ways to grow its business. We are building our GTM team and you'll be the third sales minded person and the first SDR. It's a great opportunity to join a young company and see the direct impact of your efforts. You’ll help define the role, create the playbook and generate opportunities for the Slite sales team. 

Indeed, this is the first SDR role at Slite and so it's a unique opportunity to build the foundation of this part of the team Dizzy . Let's be honest, it will be challenging but the reward is massive if you're looking to leave your mark in an early stage company.

💪 What's my mission?

Generate new opportunities to build a strong sales pipeline.
Identify targets accounts and engage with them to bring them to Slite
Create and prioritize new outbound lead generation experiments
Help to identify high-potential areas of growth 
Help to build the root of the Sales team & the SDR playbook from the ground up
Work closely with Marketing and Product to generate more opportunities.
Build creative ideas to generate engagement and interest.

Eventually as one of the early members of Slite, you'll be be able to shape the future of it. We share as much ownership on the way we work and on the product itself as we can as we're convinced our success is 99% due to our team.

What do I need?

1-2 years of SDR experience in B2B SaaS in a fast-paced & highly competitive market.
Experience building outbound tactics, analyzing results, and prioritizing efforts.
You have an Entrepreneurial mindset - you have a proactive attitude and you constantly think about better ways to build your pipeline.
Experience with social outreach (LinkedIn, Quora, Reddit) and new support like video
You love talking with prospects, understanding their pains and needs, and figuring out the best ways to help them achieve their business goals.
Experience with Sales Engagement Platforms, enrichment tools & Salesforce (bonus)
You are creative. It takes a lot of tactical innovation to stay at the top of the SDR game.
